Come and Make-A-Place!

As part of the Hebden Bridge Arts Festival, we have organised an exciting event for children to come and expore what makes the area a great place to live, and to think about what could make it even better. We're really pleased to have PlacEd coming along to deliver a model making workshop which will look at how what kind of developments might suit some real life sites around the area.

There will also be map making, clay modelling, a place name generator called the Toponomotron, and an array of natural materials for children to use to create their own landscapes in sand.

The event is in the Waterfront Hall on Saturday 27th June, 11am-13pm. All activites are free and no booking is necessary, so come along and Make-A-Place.

The Town Hall Cafe will be open for drinks and snacks, and for the adults there will be information and consultation materials about the Neighbourhood Plan.
